Both the burner and the pan are constructed from heavy duty 304 stainless steel to create a long lasting and durable product while the unique "spur" design creates a realistic flame appearance. Firegear's unique Battery operated manual spark ignition system using a variable f lame control knob. Safety valve turns gas off in case of flame loss.
