Here at DIY BBQ we understand that our BBQ island kits are more than a everyday purchase, but an investment into your home and family. We elect to only using a high quality 20 gauge G 90 galvanized steel with that in mind. Our modular frames use the same steel that can be found used for commercial buildings and have been tested to 50,000 pounds of tensile. No training is required for our BBQ island kits, with our step by step instructions located in our Online Help Center, any homeowner can assemble our kits with minimal tools.

Four easy steps to designing your dream BBQ island today!

1. Size & Shape

The first step is to determine what shape you would like to design your island. Our Pre-Design Island Kits give you the option to choose either a 'L' shaped island design or a straight island design. The customization doesn't end there next it's time to determine the size of the island, with every module we offer a 36" standard height or a 42" bar height module with the option of having a 28" depth or 32" depth frame. Modules come unassembled, but for an easier assembly check out our Quick Panels™ option.

2. Additional Modules & Upgrades

If you're building an ‘L’ shaped island an additional module will be required. Our Corner Modules come in both standard and bar height with different styles to choose from. Special projects call for special modules, Our Specialty Modules give you even more options to choose from to help design your dream BBQ island. We offer upgrades to accommodate both our standard and bar height modules, such as the Split Bar Kit, Foot Rest Kit, and many more.

3. Appliance Cut Out Kits

Appliance Cut Out Kits are very important in the designing a BBQ island process. They are what brings our top of the line framing modules and the appliances from the brands you love together. When you purchase your appliances and framing with us, we provide the required cut-out kits free of charge and sized for the equipment.

4. Finalization
